Lafenty Return & Replacement Policy

At Lafenty, we stand by the quality of our products. All sale items are final, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we're here to help! You may return the item for a replacement, free of charge, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure a smooth process, please note:

1. Eligibility: The item must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags intact.
2. Inspection: Once your return is received and verified, we will promptly process your replacement.
3. Shipping: Lafenty covers the cost of return shipping for items that are damaged or defective. If the item shows any signs of wear or use, we won’t be able to accept the return, and it will be sent back to you at your expense.
